AI Acceptable Use Policy

Your Jobys act on your behalf using AI models and real tools (they send emails, edit spreadsheets, write to customers). That is why the rules are strict. You are responsible for what your Jobys do in your account.

1. What you must not do

1. Illegal activity, or helping commit crimes, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or impersonation.
2. Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam, chain messages, mass outreach without consent or a legal basis) and any sending that breaks commercial-communications laws. Jobys write only to people you have a relationship or permission with. We may limit the daily sending of new accounts.
3. Impersonating a real person or creating content that appears to come from someone without their consent (voice, face, signature, "deepfakes"), or presenting an AI agent as a human to someone who does not know. Messages to third parties must be identifiable as AI-assisted where the law requires it.
4. Harassing, threatening, discriminating or generating hateful or violent content, sexual exploitation or content involving minors, or explicit sexual content.
5. Automated decisions with legal effects or affecting people's rights (hiring or firing, granting or denying credit, insurance, housing, penalties, medical diagnosis) without human review by a qualified person. Use your Jobys' human approval.
6. Sensitive data without a legal basis: health, biometrics, data of minors, criminal records or other special categories, without the permission and safeguards the law requires.
7. Malware and attacks: creating or distributing malicious code, spying, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, bypassing CAPTCHAs or security controls, or tracking/profiling people.
8. Scraping or using third-party services in breach of their terms, or connecting accounts that are not yours.
9. Abusing the service: evading limits or credits, sharing or reselling access or credits, overloading the platform, trying to extract internal instructions or other customers' data, or using outputs to train a model that competes with Joby.Land. Credits are your account's AI consumption and are not transferable.
10. Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks or trade secrets.

2. What you must do

• Human approval for anything that leaves your company to third parties or has financial or legal effect, until you have tested the team.
• Review results before relying on them: AI can be wrong or invent data.
• Inform the people whose data you process, as the law that applies to you requires, and have a legal basis to process it.
• Minimal connections: connect only what is needed and revoke what you no longer use.

3. What we do if it is breached

We may review automated abuse signals (we do not read your content without reason), pause runs, limit sending, remove connections, or suspend and close accounts, with prior notice where possible and without it in case of serious risk. If you believe a measure was applied in error, you can write to [email protected] for review. We may report to authorities where the law requires. Refunds in these cases follow the Refund Policy.

4. Changes

We may update this policy; important changes are notified by email.
